Cindy Tonkin is not your normal business coach.

She has a background in productivity improvement and business systems, so she can help you set up, grow, promote and reduce waste in your business.

She has a Masters degree in Linguistics, and International Training qualifications. This means you get ideas easily in several different ways. You get what she means and see how it applies to you, and can sound out ways to make it work.

She has written a number of books, including the Best-selling Australian Consultant's Guide, which involved her speaking to more than 100 consultants about their best decisions and worst mistakes. You can share the wisdom without the pain!

Cindy is a keen self-educator, and is always adding new knowledge to her mental database. You don't have to attend every seminar, read every book. She does, and then can plug you in to what's relevant.

How it works

Here's how to book your coaching sessions with Cindy

1. Give us the details on how to contact you and how to charge you by clicking on the shopping trolley
2. We will contact you by email within 24 hours with some times and dates for your preliminary session.
3. Cindy will call you at the appointed time, and you'll begin getting even better value from your business and life.
4. We charge your credit card after you have completed your session.

By the way, we can shift sessions easily with 24 hours notice.

Which session to choose

You can choose from 3 types of sessions:

• Fast sessions - 10 minutes, $100 by phone
• Unlimited sessions - 3 months $6720 by phone or in person in Sydney
• Long sessions - 1.5 hours by phone or in person $700 in Sydney, $1570 for 3 sessions

Fast session

The fast 10 minutes by phone gives you a low cost option to ask a specific question about your consulting, or to get a sense of how Cindy works.

This session is designed to suit you if you:

• are a first-time coachee
• have a specific question you want answered.

The cost of your preliminary session comes off any further sessions, when you choose to enrol in ongoing sessions or in longer single sessions. Some people prefer to take fast sessions frequently.

Unlimited sessions

When you are prepared to take the next step with your business and your career, then the option of unlimited coaching sessions over a 3 month period will suit you best. This means you can work with Cindy to

• create and implement a business and marketing plan
• develop new materials and processes to work with your clients
• overcome mental barriers to your success
• build your confidence
• use your networks effectively
• expand your knowledge base.

Cindy's style is to send you off to do more work outside of sessions, but only as much as you are prepared to challenge yourself.

Unlimited sessions are by phone or in person at our offices in Newtown in Sydney. Unlimited sessions work best when you are:

• building your business
• wanting to do more with the business you have
• going through a difficult period with a particular client or type of client
• developing a new line of business
• seeking to be more effective.

Long Sessions

Long sessions are designed to cover more than a fast session. They suit people trying to make a decision or looking for a new direction, who may not want to commit yet to unlimited sessions. Use a long session to:

• talk through your business and marketing plan
• get some feedback on materials and processes to work with your clients
• overcome a single mental barrier to your success
• get an injection of ideas
• create a new template for working with clients.

Long sessions can be by phone to anywhere, or at our offices in Newtown in Sydney. Long sessions works best if you:

• are just setting up
• have a particular issue to deal with
• want some ideas on how to move forward

If you want real and effective change in the way you work and run your business, at some point you need to go outside of your own system. If you want to do something differently, you need coaching with Cindy.
